I have been interested in how the body works and how to keep it as healthy as possible ever since I started whitewater kayaking at the age of 15. At first I thought the only way to do that was through becoming a physical therapist, but when I found the world of exercise science while at the University of Memphis I realized it was possible to be able to help people gain general fitness while helping them overcome injury and pain; it doesn’t have to be an either/or situation.

My passion has led me across the state of Tennessee helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I have worked alongside some of the top coaches and physical therapists in the Southeast and incorporate that knowledge into my training. This has helped me to be successful at providing my clients with better health, fitness, and longevity.

My belief is that you can be healthy and fit regardless of injury or illness. I love being able to help others obtain sustainably healthy lifestyles whether you’re a 20 something young professional, 88 year old retiree, or anything in between. When I’m not at Onsight you can find me outside, usually whitewater kayaking or hiking.
