01 ASSESS

An in-depth analysis of your physical health, current lifestyle, and fitness background.  The Onsight Assessment gives our team all of the critical information  we need to design an exercise prescription specific to you.

02 TRAIN

Work alongside an exercise physiologist in one of our boutique studios specifically to learn how to exercise for your body and develop strategies to keep you exercising forever.

03 TRACK

Track the 7 most important fitness-health metrics to see your progress over time, and better understand how exercise is impacting your life.

04 REPORT

Once we've tracked your data, we'll generate a report that shows your exercise results and provide you with the information needed to keep on track.

05 ONSIGHT

Believe in an ending where you no longer need a personal trainer. Our program proves clients don't need personal training forever. At this point, you'll have the knowledge and confidence to exercise anywhere in the world.

Classic one-on-one personal training. Your trainer is with you every rep of the way.

Semi-Private

Personal training with up to 3 clients per trainer. Same tailored approach with a little more independence.

Onsight Assessment

A thorough 90-minute assessment with your personal trainer covering your complete health and fitness background. Learn where your body is and how to take it to where you want it to be.
