Personal goals are … well, they're personal! Everyone has different training objectives, and everyone has different goals that they are trying to reach. But when you work with a trainer, your goals kinda become their goals as well, and your success is very important to us! Just knowing that you were able to reach a personal milestone is rewarding, but we want to acknowledge your achievement as well!
Frequent Flexer Rewards is one way we show our admiration for your accomplishment. Setting and meeting meaningful goals is harder than you might think, and we’re going to be there to support you as you do!
You can earn different amounts of reward points for all kinds of achievements, such as
Hitting all of your planned training sessions over some period of time.
Reaching a planned level of improvement on an exercise, whether that means more weight, more repetitions, more time, or something else
Getting proficiency in an activity that you struggle with
Overcoming physical or mental hurdles
The possibilities are limitless!
You’ve earned some points, what can you do with them? Depending on how many points you’ve earned, you may be able to use them to pay for normal training sessions, specialized training sessions, or maybe one of our other services. We don’t allow sharing of points, with one exception - you can always donate any amount of points to the Spotter Fund. Onsight Fitness uses this fund as a way to provide free and discounted fitness services to folks who may not otherwise be able to utilize them.
